Our biweekly cheese will surely keep you smiling! We source the cheese for this share from local, artisanal cow, goat, and sheep farmers. Our dairy partners and member farmers pasture-raise all of their animals, which makes this share not only humane, but tasty, too! Many of the fresher cheese varieties are pasteurized, while most of the aged varieties are made with raw milk.
